The bungalow is located behind the main home but has its own private entrance and fenced backyard. A privacy fence provides additional separation between the bungalow and main house. Residents of the main home may occasionally pass through the yard briefly to access the garbage and recycling bins in the alley.

Blinds or privacy shades have been added to all windows since the original photos were taken. Best suited for two adults. Children welcome.
